The Lakeside Foundation is the charitable foundation that solicits and collects funds - both by individuals and corporations - in support of the Lakeside Health System which is an innovative network of interlocking health care providers. It is a complete health care complex including a community hospital offering a myriad of services, a skilled nursing home, and a wellness program. Lakeside Health System strives to be the center of our health care community and to provide the highest level of quality, compassionate, cost-effective care. The services we provide to our customers who choose Lakeside are rooted in an integrated delivery system. Over the years, Lakeside has faced and met many economic and health care challenges. With your support, Lakeside can continue to be an active participant in the life of the community and to strategically plan for the future.

Who should contribute to the Lakeside Foundation?
* Everyone and anyone! Everyone in our community has a connection to Lakeside. And, we all enjoy the benefits of having a quality health care facility in our backyard.
*The person who wants to support a local not-for-profit organization and receive a tax deduction.
*Local and national corporations and Foundations looking to support a community based health system and positively affect the people it serves.
Why should you contribute to the Lakeside Foundation?
If you feel Lakeside has contributed to your health or well-being, a gift to the Lakeside Foundation is a great way of saying "thanks.” If you believe that our community must have a hospital and care center, a gift to the Lakeside Foundation is a physical way to show that belief and support that cause. When you make a donation to the Lakeside Foundation, you join many other area residents to ensure that exceptional, life-saving health care is available in our local community, you and your family when you need it most.
How can you contribute to the Lakeside Foundation?
*On an annual basis sending in a check or calling in with your credit card information to make a gift of any amount.
*By supporting one of our special events --The annual Kevin C. Nacy Golf Classic and the Annual Gala Dinner. The dinner, rated as one of the signature events in the Rochester area, has enjoyed famous speakers such as Presidents George Bush and Gerald Ford, Barbara Bush, Rudy Giuliani and former Prime Minister John Major, Generals Colin Powell, Norman Schwarzkopf and Tommy Franks, Walter Cronkite, Secretary Madeleine Albright, Dr. Ronan Tynan, Dr. Benjamin Carson, Laura Bush and, most recently, David Gergen.
*By giving a gift in honor or memory of your loved ones.
*By using your “will power" to remember Lakeside in your will or charitable remainder trust or charitable gift annuity.
